All courses will be marked with white arrows on a yellow background, as well as pink ribbons and flags. You will find mobile toilets at the top of Orford and at the intersection between the 4km and the Familiale trail.

The 800m offers a unique and festive experience to young people who want to take part in a race in the mountains! With a gentle drop, it's a great challenge accessible to all!

New: the Giroux Cup course is now slightly longer and offers a higher level of difficulty!

This 5 KM route crosses Mont Giroux and offers runners and walkers one of the most beautiful mountain running routes! Sometimes in the forest, sometimes on open tracks, you will be entitled to magnificent views and a perfect drop for a first experience of running (or walking) in the mountains.

Here is a route that will satisfy the most adventurous who wish to climb the 3 summits! You will be dazzled by the first kilometers on Mont Giroux. Indeed, hardly started that you will reach your first summit with a magnificent view!

Then let yourself descend towards Alfred-Desrochers where you will be accompanied by its tall trees to the top! Take a deep breath, head for the summit of Orford! This section of the course will take you over 850 meters above sea level through open tracks and trails. Wait for the summit to turn around, the view is worth it!

Registration deadline: Registration closes October 19, 3 days before the event.

• 9:00 a.m.: Departure of the 3 Summits Cup race
• 10 a.m.: Start of the Giroux Cup race
• 10:15 a.m.: Start of the Giroux Cup walk
• 11:00 a.m.: Mini Cup start
• 12:00 p.m.: Prize ceremony
• 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Lunch service

Go to the Mont-Orford customer service counter with proof of registration and proof of identity no later than 1 hour before your departure.

Parking is free for everyone. Parking spaces are available in our 6 parking lots (P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6) located at the foot of the ski center. We strongly recommend that you use carpooling to avoid traffic and all the inconvenience.

Note that the P6 parking lot is within walking distance of about 10 minutes which will allow you to access the site and the starting area, perfect for warming up!

Prizes will be awarded to the first three participants (M/F) for the 3 courses. The prizes will be awarded on the terrace or in the great room of the new chalet depending on the weather.

• The electronic chip must be worn on the ankle and visible at all times;
• Garbage thrown on the ground will not be tolerated under penalty of disqualification;
• It is recommended that participants bring their own water containers for refilling and energy food according to their event, however water containers will be at their disposal at the refreshment stations.
• It is forbidden to wear headphones during the race;
• It is forbidden to run barefoot during the event;
• No external help is allowed outside the designated refreshment zones under penalty of disqualification;
• A participant who goes off course, must turn around and resume the course where they exited or suffer penalty of disqualification;
• A participant who encounters an injured person must assist him until the event organizers have control of the situation;
• Hiking poles are not allowed for safety reasons and to help preserve the trails;
• A participant who abandons must inform a race official as soon as possible and then go to the finish to return their electronic chip to the time official;
• Participants must respect the start time and cannot start before or after the official start time of the race;
• Participants must be courteous to the other participants, volunteers and officials ;
• The race officials have the right to remove any participant from the course if deemed appropriate or necessary;
• The race officials have the right to modify the course at any time, including during the race;
• The race officials have the right to cancel or postpone the race for safety reasons or in the event of force majeure.

A supporter is defined as anyone who provides material, medical or food support to a participant.

• Supporters can assist a participant only at the refreshment stations and in the areas designated by the organization
• Supporters must stay within 200 meters of the refreshment station to help their participant;
• No pets or off-leash dogs will be allowed at participant checkpoints, the finish line, or along the course;
• Smoking is not permitted at checkpoints or along the trail;
• It is strictly forbidden to throw garbage on the ground, at checkpoints, along the trail or at the finish.

• Energy supplements and food;
• Survival blanket 1.4 m x 2 m (4.6 ft. x 6.6 ft.);
• Cell phone;
• Cap or scarf to protect yourself from the sun;
• Self-adhesive compression bandage (3 inches X 48 inches);
• Épipen (for participants with wasp sting or food allergies);
• Spare clothes.
