The Corporation Ski & Golf Mont-Orford undertakes to pay the amount of the membership in accordance with the following regulations and subject to the exclusions, limitations and other stipulations indicated below.
Ratio of repayments:
A. If not used: 100% refund of fees, if no participation before the opening of the 2024 golf season and there was no participation between September 15, 2023 and the closing date of the 2023 golf course.
B. If used: Prorated transfer of the investment to the next season or prorated refund of the season if non-participation or conditions between May 15, 2024 and October 15, 2024 (150-day period)
Exclusions:
Are excluded from the garantee
- Injuries that the subscriber intentionally inflicted on themselves;
- Emotional disorders or pre-existing medical conditions;
- An illness or injury that does not prevent the subscriber from playing golf.
Conditions:
- Subscription insurance is available at the time of purchase of the subscription only;
- Subscription insurance is not insurance for the non-use of a season subscription;
- The non-participation must last at least 30 consecutive days and must occur entirely during the golf season;
- The Corporation Ski & Golf Mont-Orford must be notified in writing and the subscription card must be submitted to be entitled to the refund;
- The member must provide a certificate from the attending physician (cannot be a family member) or a transfer certificate from the employer more than 200 kilometres from the golf course;
- In the event of the death of the subscriber (with death certificate);
- The pro rata starts on the date the application is received.
- RESIDENCE CLAUSE: The holder of this pass agrees (1) to elect domicile in Québec, which shall be the forum of any claim and (2) that the laws of Québec shall apply thereto.
