You can access the park trails at the Mont-Orford ski station where you can also choose to hike up to the top of the mountain. When monks arrived from France in 1912, they built a monastery overlooking Lake Memphremagog. Welcoming people is an important Benedictine tradition; therefore, the Abbey is always open to visitors who wish to take part in the celebrations and Gregorian chants. A wide variety of products made by the monks are offered at the Abbey shop: cheeses, ciders, compote, jelly and apple butter.
