Validity

• The ski ticket is valid for 1 full day of skiing, for the day selected at the time of purchase.
• Age as of December 1, 2024. An ID card will be required for each holder when picking up your lift ticket on the day of your visit.
• Limited quantity. Product may no longer be available without notice.

Purchase

• The ticket can be purchased at any time online, subject to availability.
• Furthermore taxes.
• Rates subject to change without notice.

Delivery

• You don't have your RFID card? You can collect your ticket from customer service or by presenting your QR code received by email at our automatic printing kiosks.
• Have you kept your RFID card? Your card is automatically recharged when you purchase online.
• The ticket office and customer service are open every day of the ski season, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Restrictions

• The ticket cannot be sold or reproduced.
• The ticket cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
• No exchange or refund will be accepted.
• The Corporation Ski & Golf Mont-Orford reserves the right to open and/or close slopes, glades or ski lifts depending on the weather, traffic or snow conditions, without notice.

• This half-day ticket is valid from 12:30 p.m. until the station closes (last ascent at 3:45 p.m.).

Regulations and safety instructions

1. The skier must, at all times, have control of his speed and direction.
2. The skier must be able, at all times, to stop and avoid others, as well as any obstacle of any kind.
3. The skier must use trails corresponding to his level of skill and ski at all times below his abilities.
4. It is forbidden to swing the chairs of a chairlift and/or to jump from a chair, whether the chairlift is in operation or not.
5. It is forbidden to damage or destroy the station's equipment and property.
6. The skier must not ski under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotics or substances impairing the faculties.

Sanctions if one of the rules in the code of conduct or regulations and safety instructions is violated

1. Termination of the rights conferred by the pass for the day.
2. Any subsequent infraction during the season (2nd infraction) will lead to a suspension of season pass privileges for a period of 7 days.
3. Any subsequent infraction during the season (3rd infraction) will result in suspension of season pass privileges for the remainder of the season.
4. The resort reserves the right to seize the season pass at any time without warning if the infraction is deemed unacceptable.
5. The subscriber has the obligation to give his name and give his pass immediately to any representative or security guard of the station who requests it.
6. Mont-Orford reserves the right to charge a fee of $250 or more for any request for assistance outside opening hours or outside marked and open ski slopes.
