Private Leçon at the unit

Validity

• This product is offered 7 days a week during the season, depending on instructor availability.
  
• Lessons are only valid for the person identified during the time of purchase.
• Must be at least 3 years of age at the start of the first lesson.
  
  

Purchase and reservations

• Purchases must be made in person at the Snow School counter or by calling 819 843-6548, ext. 8356. No purchases can be made online.
• A valid credit card is required to make a purchase. In order to secure your reservation, the full amount will be charged at the time of purchase. (ALT: Full payment is required to secure a reservation.)
• Parents will be required to sign a Risk Recognition and Acceptance form. The link of the form will be sent by email along with the invoice (ALT: receipt).
• Taxes not included.
• Subject to availability.
• Rates and conditions are subject to change without notice.
  
  

Delivery

• The departure point will be in front of the Snow School, by the meet-up point marked with a snowflake.
• The Snow School counter is open every day during the ski season from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Restrictions

• Must be combined with a valid lift access pass unless specified otherwise.
• Subscription, daily tickets, and equipment rentals sold separately.
• Private lessons (À la carte or packages) are not transferable.
• Unit lessons are not divisible.

Refunds/credit

• For unit private lessons, no refund or credit is possible.

Schedule and departure times

• Lessons start at the scheduled time. Please make sure you are ready to hit the slopes at the start time.
• The customer is responsible for notifying the Snow School no later than 7 a.m. on the day of his lesson to make a change. Outside opening hours, a voice message or an email can be sent to inform the Snow School. Within a shorter period, the lesson postponement request will be refused and the lesson will be lost.

Departure point and lessons

• The departure point for the Initiation lesson will be in front of the Snow School.
  

Absent or late

• If you arrive late, the lessons will still end at the scheduled time.
• If you are absent, the lesson will be lost
  

Lesson cancelation due to external circumstance

• The Snow School reserves the right to cancel any lesson if it deems the conditions to be unsuitable for snow sports.
• In case of a cancelation, a press release will be sent out by email before 6:30 AM on the day of the lesson. The information will also be posted on the website as well as on the Mont-Orford Facebook page.
  

Lift access

• Daily tickets or season passes are required during the lesson.
• Daily tickets or season passes are required and must be worn somewhere visible on the outside of the ski jacket to access the lifts.
  
• To avoid arriving late, season pass holders must retrieve their passes at Client Services before the start of a lesson.
  

• The teaching methods are based on the Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance (CSIA) programs.
• Clients choose their own goals and objectives. Ski instructors create a teaching method around the needs and experiences of the client.
