From modernized snowmaking capabilities to brand new facilities, and an expanded 4-season offering, virtually every aspect of our operations has been re-imagined to offer visitors an unforgettable outdoor experience—winter, spring, summer and fall.

Visitors will also enjoy the Centre’s atrium-like construction and its large windows that face the mountains. They infuse the space with the outdoors to create a unique setting to host private and public events for up to 500 people—any time of year.

These runs tend to be very popular among beginner and intermediate skiers. With our improved snowmaking capabilities, we’ll be able to offer a much larger ski terrain, much earlier in the season.

We’ve also upgraded our lifts, and acquired a new groomer specifically designed for snow parks. It’s more efficient and consumes less energy, and that’s right in line with our “green” objectives.

The domed magic carpets run up the centre of the learning hill, dividing the area into two distinct zones for different skill levels—a classic beginner hill with an open, consistent slope on one side, and varied topography with a series of banks and mounds to facilitate learning on the other.

By combining both Beginner Zones at the base of Giroux Nord, we’ve also opened up the terrain at the base of Mont-Orford so riders can have easier access to the hybrid lift that services that mountain.

Mont-Orford is located in a national park managed by Sépaq. It’s surrounded by a protected area of pristine lakes and mountains that offers visitors a unique natural setting that we are committed to preserve. Every action we take is done with the environment in mind, and we are working closely with Groupe ADDERE to ensure that our ski station, and every aspect of our operations as 4-season resort will be developed and maintained in a sustainable manner.
